Responsibilities Safely load and unload items using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts Pack, organize, and secure goods for transportation to prevent damage during transit Load and unload cargo efficiently while practicing safe lifting practices for heavy or bulky items Provide excellent customer service during deliveries by communicating clearly and professionally with clients Skills Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy objects safely and efficiently Experience in moving services or courier roles demonstrating physical stamina and organizational skills Ability to operate mobile devices for route navigation, delivery documentation, or communication purposes
