Moving Crew / Driver, Team Lead We're hiring Moving Crew Members to help with residential and commercial moves throughout the Marquette area and beyond. There is opportunity for advancement into Driver and Team Lead positions based on experience, performance, and reliability. New employees start as Crew Members and can work their way into higher-responsibility and higher-paid positions. What You'll Do Load and unload furniture, boxes, appliances, and other belongings Safely move and handle heavy and valuable items Protect furniture, floors, walls, and homes during the moving process Assemble and disassemble furniture when needed Work as part of a small, professional crew Provide friendly, respectful service to our customers Keep trucks, equipment, and work areas clean and organized What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Able to lift and carry heavy furniture Able to stay productive during long and physically demanding days Positive attitude and good communication skills Professional and respectful with customers and coworkers Willing to take direction Reliable transportation to and from our HQ in Marquette Previous moving, delivery, construction, warehouse, or other physical work experience is helpful but not required If you are interested in a Driver position, MUST have clean driving record What We Offer $25/hour training rate Highest hourly pay of any moving company in the area Paid travel time Tips Review bonuses Opportunities for advancement We're looking to get more people in the field starting September 1st , but there will be some opportunities for work before then.

Schedule:

Variable, with moving jobs typically taking place during daytime hours. Some longer days and occasional long-distance work may be available.
