You'll be the person clients count on to safely and efficiently handle their belongings from start to finish, whether that's a small apartment move or a full household relocation. What you'll do Safely operate box trucks, vans, and other vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and traffic laws Load and unload items using proper manual handling techniques, dollies, and moving equipment, always following safe lifting practices Get customers' belongings to the right place, on time, following the planned route and schedule Represent CPM well by communicating clearly and treating every customer with respect and patience Do routine vehicle checks to keep our trucks safe and road-ready Keep accurate records of jobs, inventory, and deliveries using our mobile tools Work as a team with the rest of the crew to keep loading, staging, and job-site logistics running smoothly What we're looking for Experience with moving, delivery driving, warehouse work, or manual labor involving heavy lifting Valid driver's license with a clean record; comfortable driving box trucks or similar vehicles Understanding of DOT regulations and safe driving practices Able to repeatedly lift heavy items safely Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude Experience with dollies or moving equipment is a plus Comfortable with physical work in a fast-paced environment At CPM, we've built our reputation job by job, mostly through word of mouth from people who trusted us with their move.
