Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Mover/Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods and assisting with moving services while ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, moving, and driving box trucks, as well as the ability to perform heavy lifting. Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks and other vehicles for transportation of goods. Load and unload items from the vehicle using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts. Assist customers with packing, loading, and unloading their belongings during moves. Ensure all items are secured properly in the vehicle to prevent damage during transit. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and work area. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing tasks. Requirements Proven experience in moving or warehouse operations is preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and engage in physical activity throughout the workday. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Familiarity with operating forklifts and pallet jacks is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
