Job Summary We are seeking energetic and reliable Moving Labor team members to assist with residential and commercial relocations. This role involves physically supporting the moving process by loading, unloading, and transporting belongings safely and efficiently. Ideal candidates will be motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent customer service. Duties Assist with loading and unloading furniture, boxes, and other household or office items using proper manual handling techniques Safely load items onto trucks, including box trucks and vans, ensuring secure placement for transport Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks when necessary to move heavy or bulky items Support drivers during route driving and delivery processes, adhering strictly to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations Help with packing, unpacking, and organizing items in both storage facilities and client locations Ensure safe lifting practices are followed at all times to prevent injuries during manual handling tasks Load and unload trucks efficiently while maintaining a focus on safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction Class E drivers have option of driving , and labor. Class E drivers typically get higher pay . Skills Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations is preferred Experience operating commercial trucks or box trucks is a plus; valid Class E driver's license or equivalent is preferred Proven delivery driver experience, including route driving and adhering to traffic laws Ability to manually handle heavy objects safely using proper techniques and equipment such as pallet jacks or carts Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with clients during deliveries or moves Knowledge of material handling equipment operation and safe lifting practices Comfortable using mobile devices for communication, navigation, or documentation during work tasks Ability to work in physically demanding environments involving heavy lifting and manual handling throughout the workday Join our team today if you're ready to bring energy, dedication, and a positive attitude to every move!
