Join Little Guys Movers as a mover and Crew Leader in Greensboro, NC, where you will lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional moving services. Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of movers during residential and commercial relocations. Ensure all moving tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and on time. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns. Train and mentor new team members on best practices and company policies. Manage inventory and ensure all equipment is in good working condition. Assist in loading and unloading furniture and other items with care. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, representing the company well. Adhere to all safety regulations and company procedures during every move.

Requirements:

Must be 21 years old or older Experience in the moving industry or similar physical labor roles is preferred . Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record preferred. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends - must be able to work 3-4 full days a week. Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
