Three Brothers Hauling & Logistics is seeking a dependable, hardworking Junk Removal Technician to assist with residential and commercial junk removal, property trash-outs, furniture removal, donation pickups, and general hauling services. This is a hands-on position that requires physical strength, teamwork, professionalism, and the ability to work efficiently in different environments. Junk Removal Technicians represent the company while working inside customers' homes, apartment communities, offices, and other properties. Primary Responsibilities Load and unload furniture, appliances, household items, debris, and other materials. Complete apartment, home, office, storage-unit, and commercial property trash-outs. Safely carry items up and down stairs and through tight spaces. Separate items for disposal, donation, recycling, or resale as directed. Protect customers' walls, floors, doors, and property while removing items. Sweep and clean work areas after removal services are completed. Assist with unloading trucks at landfills, donation centers, and recycling facilities. Properly use dollies, hand trucks, straps, basic tools, and other moving equipment. Follow instructions from the crew leader or supervisor. Maintain a professional and respectful attitude toward customers, property managers, coworkers, and the public. Help keep company trucks, tools, and equipment clean and organized. Follow all company safety procedures and workplace policies. Take before-and-after photographs when requested. Perform other hauling, moving, cleanup, or property-service duties as assigned. Job Requirements Must be dependable and arrive on time for scheduled shifts. Must be able to lift and carry approximately 75 pounds individually and heavier items with assistance. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, pull, and climb stairs throughout the workday. Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors in different weather conditions. Must be able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Must treat customers, coworkers, and property with respect. Must have reliable transportation to the designated meeting or starting location. Previous junk removal, moving, warehouse, landscaping, construction, or general labor experience is helpful but not required. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are preferred for employees who may operate company vehicles. Compensation Pay is based on experience, responsibilities, attendance, job performance, and whether the employee is authorized to drive company vehicles.
