Job Description
Overview Join a fast-growing, detail-oriented cleaning and linen rental company servicing Carolina Beach and surrounding areas. We specialize in high-turnover short-term rental (Airbnb, VRBO) cleanings, with occasional residential, move-in/move-out, and commercial jobs. We pride ourselves on consistency, professionalism, and a team-first mindset. If you're reliable, efficient, and take pride in your work, we want you on our crew! Duties Clean and reset short-term rental properties to meet our high standards of presentation and sanitation Occasionally clean residential homes, move-in/move-out properties, and commercial spaces Follow provided cleaning checklists and task sheets for each job Report damages, missing items, or supply shortages to management Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure proper use of products Work independently or as part of a small team depending on the job Arrive on time and communicate availability and schedule updates promptly Qualifications Prior cleaning experience (especially short-term rentals) is a plus, but not required — we're happy to train motivated candidates!
