Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Senior Move Manager with strong organizational skills and a passion for helping others navigate life transitions. As an Organizer, Senior Move Manager, you will lead efforts to assist clients in downsizing, relocating, and organizing their homes or workplaces with compassion and efficiency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing personalized support, developing community programs, and collaborating with diverse populations. As a Team Member, you'll be part of a hands-on team that helps clients prepare their homes and belongings for the next chapter.

Responsibilities include:

Packing and unpacking household items with care Sorting and organizing personal belongings Assisting with downsizing and decluttering Supporting senior relocation projects Providing kind, respectful, and professional interaction with clients and families Light to moderate lifting and carrying Occasional transport of items to donation centers in personal vehicle Please note that this role is not a mover. We contract with professional moving companies who do the heavy lifting and moving of furniture and other heavy items.
