Mover/Driver

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated Mover/Driver to join our hot tub moving team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting hot tubs and assisting with loading and unloading items for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to operate various types of vehicles, including those with manual transmissions. Duties Safely drive company vehicles to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload items efficiently while ensuring the safety of both the products and yourself. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any client inquiries or concerns. Operate forklifts and other equipment as needed for loading and unloading tasks. Follow designated routes while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation as required. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely deliveries and efficient operations. Qualifications Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is a plus. Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is highly desirable. Familiarity with route driving and navigation skills to optimize delivery efficiency. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Experience in loading and unloading freight safely and efficiently. Forklift certification is a plus but not required; training may be provided. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
