We are looking for hardworking, energetic, and reliable Moving Laborers to join our daily operations. As a core member of our crew, you will be responsible for providing top-tier customer service while ensuring the safe and efficient transport of our clients' belongings. Key Responsibilities Safely carry, load, and unload furniture, heavy appliances, and boxed items into and out of commercial box trucks. Pad, wrap, and secure furniture and fragile items to prevent damage during transit. Disassemble and reassemble basic household furniture (e.g., bed frames, tables) at pickup and drop-off locations. Navigate tight spaces, narrow hallways, and staircases while maintaining control of heavy items. Assist the driver in organizing and staging the cargo area to maximize truck space and ensure load stability. Communicate professionally and politely with clients, addressing any on-site questions or concerns. Help maintain the cleanliness of the trucks and organize moving equipment (dollies, straps, blankets) at the end of each shift. Required Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in moving, warehouse, or heavy manual labor is highly preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate lifting and navigating safely with a partner. Exceptional punctuality and dependability—our schedule relies on the crew arriving on time. Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with hand tools for quick furniture assembly. A positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills when faced with logistical challenges on the job site. Physical Demands Ability to repeatedly lift, push, pull, and carry items weighing 75+ lbs throughout the day. Stamina to stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs for extended periods. Willingness to perform rigorous physical labor in varying indoor and outdoor weather conditions.
