This role plays a key part in ensuring excellent customer service and smooth delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the driver with the safe and timely delivery of appliances to customers' homes. Load and unload appliances from the delivery truck using proper safety procedures. Help install appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ranges according to Lowe's guidelines. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers during deliveries. Inspect appliances before and after delivery to ensure they are in proper working condition. Follow all safety and handling protocols to prevent damage to products or property. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred. Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy appliances (up to 100 lbs or more with assistance). Strong teamwork and communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and customer service-oriented. Previous delivery or moving experience is a plus. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
