Flexible, including some evenings and weekends About the Position We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Mover & Home Staging Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and has an eye for presentation and organization. Our movers and staging specialists help prepare homes for moves, real estate listings, renovations, and other property projects. The job involves safely moving furniture and household items, loading and unloading vehicles, arranging furniture, and helping create clean, attractive, welcoming spaces. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, respectful of customers and their property, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Moving Duties:

Safely load, transport, unload, and place furniture, boxes, appliances, and household belongings. Carefully wrap and protect furniture and other items to prevent damage during transportation. Lift and carry heavy or bulky items using proper techniques and equipment. Load and organize moving trucks efficiently and securely. Assemble and disassemble basic furniture when needed. Protect floors, walls, doorways, and other areas while moving items in and out of homes. Maintain a clean and organized work area and moving vehicle. Communicate professionally with customers throughout the moving process.

Home Staging Duties:

Move and arrange furniture and décor according to staging plans or instructions. Help prepare homes for real estate photography, showings, open houses, and sales. Create attractive, functional room layouts that highlight the features of a home. Place artwork, accessories, rugs, lamps, pillows, and other décor as directed. Remove excess furniture and belongings to create a clean, spacious appearance. Assist with staging installations and removals. Pay close attention to details, including furniture placement, cleanliness, symmetry, and overall presentation. Qualifications Previous moving, furniture delivery, home staging, warehouse, construction, or related experience is preferred but not required. Must be physically able to repeatedly lift and carry heavy items. Ability to safely lift approximately 50-75+ pounds, with or without assistance, depending on the item. Strong attention to detail and a good sense of organization. Reliable transportation to and from work locations. Valid driver's license preferred and required for driving company vehicles, if applicable. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends. Must be dependable and punctual.
