Team Lead - Montford Movers Montford Movers is growing fast, and we're looking for a dependable, experienced Team Lead who knows how to get the job done—and have a good time doing it! As a Team Lead, you'll run the show on moving day: lead your crew, keep things safe and organized, take care of customers, and make sure every move stays on track.

What You'll Do:

Lead crews on residential & commercial moves. Oversee packing, loading, transport & unloading. Communicate with customers and dispatch. Handle on-the-job challenges and keep things moving. Complete walk-throughs and job paperwork. Train and motivate newer team members.

What We're Looking For:

Professional moving experience. Leadership experience preferred. Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus). Strong customer service & communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and professional.
