Compensation:

Percentage-Based Pay Per Job Cleaned & Candled Cleaning Company is hiring dependable, detail-oriented cleaners who take pride in their work and enjoy creating clean, comfortable spaces for clients. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with percentage-based compensation , meaning contractors are paid a percentage of each completed job. What We Provide Hands-on training Cleaning products and chemicals Microfiber towels and consumable supplies Flexible scheduling Supportive team environment Opportunities for additional jobs and increased earnings Equipment Requirements All necessary equipment will be provided during the training period. Once training has been successfully completed, contractors will be responsible for purchasing and maintaining their own: Professional-quality vacuum Mop bucket system approved by Cleaned & Candled Cleaning Company Equipment requirements and estimated costs will be reviewed during the interview and training process so there are no unexpected expenses. Responsibilities Complete residential and commercial cleaning services according to company standards Follow cleaning checklists and product-use guidelines Arrive on time and maintain dependable attendance Communicate professionally with clients and team members Work independently and as part of a team Maintain a professional appearance Provide consistent, high-quality results Qualifications Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Comfortable performing physical work for extended periods Strong attention to detail Dependable, trustworthy and professional Comfortable working inside clients' homes while clients may be present Previous professional cleaning experience is highly preferred!!
