Overview Black Lion LLC is looking for hardworking, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our growing team! We specialize in residential moving, furniture delivery, and junk removal. Every day is different, and we're looking for team members who take pride in providing excellent customer service while working efficiently and safely. Job Responsibilities Safely load, unload, and transport household furniture, appliances, boxes, and other belongings. Perform residential moves while handling customers' belongings with care. Complete furniture deliveries, including placing and assembling furniture when required. Perform junk removal services by lifting, loading, and properly disposing of unwanted items. Wrap and protect furniture using moving blankets, shrink wrap, and other protective materials. Disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed. Lift and carry heavy furniture and other items safely while working as part of a team. Maintain a clean and organized truck throughout the workday. Communicate professionally with customers to provide outstanding service from start to finish. Follow all company safety procedures and use proper lifting techniques. Complete paperwork, inventory sheets, or job documentation when required. Work efficiently to complete jobs while maintaining a positive attitude and attention to detail. Crew Lead Responsibilities (when applicable) Driving company moving trucks to and from job sites. Leading and supervising crew members throughout the move. Communicating with customers regarding the moving process and timeline. Ensuring the crew follows company procedures and safety standards. Managing inventories and ensuring items are loaded and unloaded correctly. Reporting any damages, incidents, or customer concerns to management. Representing Black Lion LLC professionally on every job. Requirements Ability to lift and carry 75-100+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day with the assistance of a team when appropriate. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb stairs for extended periods. Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, and pull heavy furniture and equipment. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to safely maneuver large items through tight spaces, staircases, and elevators. Excellent work ethic and reliability. Positive attitude and strong customer service skills. Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment. Strong communication skills. Must be punctual and dependable. Valid driver's license. Clean driving record required for employees interested in Crew Lead positions involving driving company vehicles. Previous moving, furniture delivery, warehouse, construction, or labor experience is preferred but not required . We are willing to train the right candidate.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
