Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic mover to join our truck team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently loading, unloading, and transporting goods to our auction house. Your proactive approach and attention to safety will ensure smooth operations, timely shipments, and a safe working environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced team dedicated to excellence in materials handling and warehouse operations. This position is as the driver and acting as a mover/agent which is a mobile position on our company truck for Tyler Grace Auctions. Schedule Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Duties & Responsibilities Drive, load, and unload a freightliner box truck using appropriate moving equipment such as flatbeds, four-wheelers, and pallet jacks, while strictly adhering to safety protocols. Safely handle, pack, and transport fragile and high-value estate items—including fine art, glassware, coins, bullion, and collectibles—with extreme care and attention to detail. Act as a professional representative of Tyler Grace Auctions during residential pickups and estate clean-outs, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a respectful demeanor on-site. Safely handle materials during manual handling tasks, ensuring proper lifting techniques for heavy or bulky items. Support moving and transport activities as a cohesive team member at all times. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by properly storing materials on pallets or shelves and ensuring all safety standards are met accordingly. Assist with order picking processes when needed as backup at the warehouse or off site at an estate. Qualifications & Requirements Must have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record (standard non-CDL license is acceptable). Must be able to pass a criminal background check due to the handling of high-value inventory. Physical ability to lift heavy items regularly, stand for extended periods, and perform manual handling tasks safely. Proven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, moving, or related operations. Demonstrated understanding of safety protocols, including OSHA standards for manual handling and heavy equipment operation. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and measurements. Previous warehouse supervisor experience is a plus but not required; a willingness to learn is essential. Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
