POSITION OVERVIEW

————————————————— This is an independent contractor (1099) position. You will be assigned cleaning jobs based on your availability and service area. You are responsible for managing your own schedule, transportation, supplies, and insurance. This role offers flexibility, consistent work opportunities, and the ability to grow alongside a fast-expanding Austin cleaning company. —————————————————

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, Airbnb/short-term rental turnovers, post-construction cleaning, and recurring maintenance cleans
• Arrive on time and prepared for every scheduled job
• Follow Austin Cleanin' Co. quality standards and cleaning checklists on every visit
• Communicate professionally and courteously with clients at all times
• completion, any property concerns, or client feedback promptly
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance on the job
• Represent Austin Cleanin' Co.

REQUIREMENTS

ALL REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED

————————————————— ✅ Minimum 4 years of professional cleaning experience (residential and/or commercial) ✅ Valid Texas driver's license ✅ Reliable personal vehicle with the ability to travel to job sites across the Austin metro area ✅ Your own professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment ✅ Active general liability insurance (proof of insurance required before first assignment) ✅ Ability to pass a thorough background check ✅ Strong attention to detail and consistent work quality ✅ Professional communication skills — written and verbal ✅ Legally authorized to work in the United States ✅ Smartphone with ability to receive job assignments and communicate via text or app —————————————————

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Airbnb or short-term rental turnovers
• Experience with post-construction or move-in/move-out cleaning
• Familiarity with eco-friendly or green cleaning products
