Job Summary Moving 409 is looking for a reliable, hardworking Non-CDL Driver / Moving Helper to join our team in Beaumont, TX, serving the Southeast Texas Golden Triangle. This is not a driving-only position. You will drive our moving trucks and actively work with the crew loading, carrying, protecting, and unloading customers' furniture and belongings. We're looking for someone who shows up on time, works hard, can handle physically demanding work, and takes care of our trucks and our customers' property. Moving experience is preferred, but reliability, work ethic, and willingness to learn are most important.

Beaumont, TX and surrounding areas Responsibilities Safely operate company moving/box trucks to and from job sites Work alongside the moving crew to load and unload furniture, boxes, appliances, and household goods Safely lift, carry, push, and maneuver heavy items Properly protect and secure customers' belongings using moving blankets, stretch wrap, straps, dollies, and other moving equipment Assist with basic furniture disassembly and reassembly when needed Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Keep company trucks, equipment, and work areas clean and organized Follow safe driving, lifting, and moving procedures Communicate professionally with customers and team members Help the crew complete moves safely and efficiently Treat customers' homes, furniture, and belongings with care and respect Requirements Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Dependable transportation to and from work Reliable attendance and punctuality are required Comfortable driving box trucks; previous box-truck experience is preferred Able to perform physically demanding work throughout the day, including lifting and carrying furniture and boxes Comfortable working on stairs and in varying weather conditions, including Southeast Texas heat Strong work ethic and willingness to stay active throughout the entire move Able to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team Professional and respectful when interacting with customers Moving, delivery, construction, warehouse, landscaping, or other physical-labor experience is a plus What We're Looking For At Moving 409, reliability is one of our biggest priorities.
