Position at a glance Role Lead residential and commercial moving crews across DFW and help set the standard for safety, pace, and customer service.

Comp Typical overall earnings:

$26-$32/hr (base pay + daily tips + performance bonuses).

On-call pay:

+$5/hr when called in. Weekly pay every Friday. Pack, pad, protect, load, and unload customer belongings safely and efficiently. Drive company vehicles as assigned and keep jobsites organized, safe, and on pace. Deliver a high-end customer experience from arrival to final placement. What we need from you Ability to repeatedly lift 75 lbs and handle long, physical workdays. 21+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record; must meet company insurance requirements. Professional communication and customer service skills. Ability to pass background check and drug test. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Moving, delivery, box truck, warehouse, or crew-lead experience is a strong plus. This role is not a fit if You are looking for a sit-down driving job or a short-term side gig.
