Job Summary We are seeking dependable and physically capable Moving Helpers to assist with residential and commercial moving activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, working as part of a team, and helping customers complete their moves efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities Assist with loading and unloading furniture, boxes, and household items. Carefully carry and move items between buildings, vehicles, and designated locations. Wrap, protect, and prepare furniture and other belongings for transportation. Organize items efficiently inside moving vehicles. Assist with furniture placement according to customer instructions. Maintain an organized and safe work area. Communicate professionally with customers throughout the moving process. Work cooperatively with team members to complete moves efficiently. Follow established safety procedures and handling instructions. Assist with cleaning and organizing work areas after completing moves.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to safely lift and carry moving items. Physically capable of performing repetitive lifting, carrying, standing, and bending. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Reliable and dependable work ethic. Careful and responsible when handling customer belongings. Professional and customer-focused attitude. Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures. Previous moving, warehouse, delivery, construction, or physical labor experience is a plus but not required.
