Mover/Packer

Job Summary Join our dynamic moving and packing team as a Mover/Packer, where your energy and attention to detail will help clients transition smoothly to their new spaces. In this role, you'll be responsible for safely packing belongings, loading and unloading trucks, and ensuring efficient route delivery. Your proactive approach and physical stamina will contribute to a positive customer experience while maintaining safety standards. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop versatile skills in moving, warehousing, and delivery operations. Duties Carefully pack household or commercial items using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit Load and unload boxes, furniture, and equipment onto trucks using manual handling techniques and equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts when necessary Assist with route driving, including commercial driving of box trucks or drivers for local deliveries or pickups Ensure all items are secured properly for transport, adhering to safety protocols and load capacity guidelines Help coordinate the loading process with team members to optimize space and efficiency Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients during pickups and deliveries Maintain cleanliness and organization of moving supplies, trucks, and work areas Experience Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with moving operations is preferred Experience in delivery driving, courier services, or route driving is highly advantageous Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of forklift operation, pallet jacks, or manual transmission vehicles is a plus Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude towards clients and team members Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is desirable Physical stamina to lift heavy items repeatedly and work in various weather conditions Join us if you're motivated by physical activity, enjoy helping people move forward in their lives, and want to be part of a supportive team dedicated to excellence!

$12.00 - $20.00 per hour
