Pack and Wrap:
Carefully pack household or commercial goods into boxes and wrap furniture in protective pads, blankets, or shrink wrap to prevent damage.
Load and Unload:
Lift and maneuver heavy items, appliances, and fragile pieces onto and off moving trucks using proper lifting techniques.
Inventory Management:
Create and track inventory lists to ensure no items are lost or left behind during transport.
Equipment Operation:
Safely use moving tools such as hand trucks, dollies, ramps, and straps.
Assemble and Disassemble:
Take apart large furniture items (like bed frames or desks) before a move and reassemble them at the destination. Ability to do heavy lifting
