We are seeking an individual for a commercial cleaning position. Currently need someone who is available to work 3 to 5 evenings from around 5 or 6PM until finished (usually done between 10pm and 11pm, depending on when you start). During your 90 day probation period, you'll be paid $14/hr. (during 2 weeks of training), plus mileage compensation. Once you successfully complete training, you pay will increase to $15/hr. Following probation, your average hourly rate will increase, based on your performance, as percentage pay can take the place of hourly pay as you become accustomed to the jobs. Most employees average $15.50-$18/hour after training. More work is usually available if your needs change. Your own transportation, vehicle insurance along with a valid driver's license will be needed to drive yourself from job to job.
