We're a small company, which means every team member matters. We treat our employees well, offer flexibility, and want people who are interested in growing with us long-term. This is a part-time position with highly variable hours. Some weeks may be around 10 hours, others around 20, and during busy periods there may be opportunities for 40-50+ hours. This is a great fit for someone who wants flexibility but can be extremely reliable for the days they commit to working.

Once you provide your availability and are scheduled for a job, however, we expect you to honor that commitment. Moving jobs don't always end at an exact time, so scheduled end times are estimates. Team members need to have enough flexibility to remain on the job if it takes longer than expected. Because we're a small team, attendance, communication, and reliability are extremely important.
