GED Driver's License Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Supervises and coordinates daily activities of employees to ensure a safe and effective operation. Monitors and enforces safe working habits in accordance with
OSHA, TSA, DOT, USPS
regulations, UNIFI Aviation and Safety policies, and all applicable laws. Leads and supports an employee-engaged culture. Responsible for conducting daily Safety Observations on all facets of the operation Enforces Company policies and procedures including corrective action and promotes UNIFI Aviation policy on Equal Employment Opportunity, Anti-Harassment, and diversity initiatives. Responds to employee issues or complaints in a timely manner. Communicates with Station Manager concerning any problems or issues. Assists Safety Manager with injury and damage investigations Trains, coaches, counsel and mentors' employees in compliance with DGS and station policies. Conducts hazard assessments, safety audits and participates in safety meetings Performs job duties of assigned shift. (i.e., ramp, cabin service, customer service, passenger service)
Qualifications:
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) is required. One (1) to two (2) years of supervisory experience preferred. Prior ramp, cabin or customer service experience required. Must be 18 years of age; eligible to work in the US; able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, FBI criminal and USPS background check; and complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security badge. Must possess a valid Driver's License for operating ground support equipment.
