Training Supervisor VPNE Parking Solutions - 3.5 Atlanta, GA Job Details Full-time 19 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Driver's License Full Job Description Position Summary The Training Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and delivering training programs for valet parking team members in a fast-paced hospital environment. This role ensures employees are properly trained in customer service, safety, hospital standards, valet operations, and company policies. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who is comfortable working alongside employees in the field, coaching team members, identifying training opportunities, and helping maintain a consistent, exceptional patient and guest experience. Essential Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive training for new valet employees, including onboarding, orientation, and on-the-job training. Maintain training materials, procedures, checklists, and guides related to valet operations. Train team members on proper vehicle handling, safe driving practices, traffic flow, accident prevention, and parking procedures. Ensure employees understand and follow hospital-specific policies, safety protocols, customer service expectations, and company standards. Provide ongoing coaching and refresher training to existing employees to improve performance and address identified gaps. Conduct training observations and evaluate employee readiness and performance. Partner with Operations Managers and Supervisors to identify training needs and develop action plans. Monitor and track employee training completion, certifications, and required documentation. Support training initiatives related to customer service, professionalism, communication, conflict resolution, and patient and guest sensitivity. Ensure employees understand the importance of providing compassionate, respectful service to patients, visitors, and hospital staff. Assist with onboarding and mentoring new employees during their transition into the workplace. Stay current on company policies, industry best practices, and hospital requirements. Serve as a positive role model and reinforce a culture of safety, teamwork, accountability, and exceptional service. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous valet, parking, hospitality, transportation, or customer service experience required. Previous training, coaching, supervisory, or leadership experience preferred. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required. Strong knowledge of safe driving practices and vehicle handling. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to lead, coach, and motivate employees with varying levels of experience. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require. Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods. Employees must be able to safely enter and exit vehicles and perform the physical duties associated with valet parking operations.
