Job Summary
As an Instructor - Training Services, you will be responsible for delivering safety, compliance, and procedural training to frontline employees. You will conduct initial, recurrent, and on-the-job training while supporting operational excellence through audits, documentation, and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities
Deliver initial, recurrent, and on-the-job training for operational staff.
Ensure compliance with WFS policies and applicable regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate training records and ensure readiness for internal and external audits.
Conduct audits and assessments to monitor compliance with safety and operational procedures.
Update training materials and SOPs to reflect changes in procedures or regulations.
Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry and documentation compliance.
Collaborate with regulatory authorities and local airport officials as needed.
Partner with local station management to support training initiatives and compliance goals.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in airport/aviation environments.
Familiarity with safety procedures, operational workflows, and equipment handling.
Strong leadership and communication skills, including presentation and interpersonal effectiveness.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities under minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel up to 10 as needed.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Preferred Skills
Experience in training or adult education.
Knowledge of safety and compliance standards (e.g., TSA, OSHA).
Familiarity with SOPs and training documentation.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Proficiency with training systems or digital tools.
Organizational and recordkeeping accuracy.
Multilingual communication skills are a plus.
Certifications in safety, training, or instructional design (e.g., Train-the-Trainer)
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
Push, pull, bend, stoop, twist, turn, reach, crawl, or grip as necessary to demonstrate job functions and operate required equipment.
Work in restricted spaces as necessary to demonstrate job functions.
Ability to lift 35 lbs.
Work in a high noise level environment.
