We're looking for a motivated Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) to join our growing team. Ideal candidates are passionate about teaching, tech-savvy, and highly organized. CFIs are expected to maintain a strong safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and play a direct role in shaping our students into top-tier pilots.Requirements:
CFI Certificate Excellent teaching and communication skills Quick to adapt to new technology Strong ADM & Situational Awareness Strong time management and organizational ability Excellent aviator skillsPreferred Qualifications:
CFI-I (Instrument Instructor) Familiarity with Avidyne IFD540, Garmin 750/650, GarminG500/G1000
Garmin G5 experience Steam gauge experience 2 Hours of experience in C150s and C172s Pipistrel Alpha Trainer experience (Dallas candidates) Sales & People Skills (For Discovery Flights)Responsibilities:
Deliver flight and ground instruction to assigned students Ensure safety of students and aircraft at all times Verify student documentation in compliance with FAA and TSA requirements Manage and schedule your students independently Take photos of student accomplishments and of the flight line for our marketing team.Compensation:
Probation period: Starts at $20/hr for the first 90 days After 90-day probation, pay adjusts to $25 - $35/hr and is paid retroactively for the first 90 days.Note:
Any pay increase is retroactive to the date of hireJob Types:
