REACH Medical Holdings seeks a Helicopter Pilot to support emergency air medical transport within our Healthcare & Medical Services operations. As part of the Transportation & Logistics team, you will safely operate helicopters for critical care flights, ensuring rapid response, precise navigation, and strict adherence to FAA and REACH safety standards. You will coordinate closely with flight nurses, paramedics, and dispatch to execute time-sensitive missions. Responsibilities Safely operate helicopters for emergency and interfacility medical transports Conduct thorough pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight checks per FAA and company standards Ensure strict adherence to all safety, regulatory, and operational procedures Coordinate closely with flight nurses, paramedics, and dispatch for mission planning and execution Assess weather and route conditions to make safe and timely go/no-go decisions Maintain accurate flight logs and required documentation Participate in ongoing training, simulations, and safety briefings Support a safety-first, team-centered culture aligned with REACH values Communicate clearly with air traffic control, ground crews, and hospital partners Required Skills Helicopter piloting (VFR/IFR) Emergency/air medical operations Aeronautical decision-making and risk management Instrument navigation and flight planning Weather assessment and interpretation Crew Resource Management (CRM) Radio communications and ATC coordination Night and NVG operations Knowledge of FAA Part 135 regulations Aircraft systems and basic troubleshooting
