WHAT THIS ROLE INVOLVES
→ Maintaining turbine aircraft supporting autonomous operations Performing inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs Supporting daily flight readiness Working alongside autonomous systems
WHAT MATTERS HERE
→ We're not just looking for experience. We're looking for mechanics who: Can clearly walk through their work step-by-step Think beyond the task and understand system impact Take ownership of safety before sign-off Naturally explain what they're checking and why
BACKGROUND
→ Requirements A&P Certification required Cessna 208 OR PT6 experience preferred Turbine aircraft experience
