We are hiring a hands-on Research Engineer to own our pilot skid, support bench testing, and run field campaigns. What you will do

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade a pilot-scale process skid, including its instrumentation and control system.
• Run bench-scale experiments to established procedures and keep accurate records.
• Plan and execute field test campaigns: logistics, commissioning, run coverage, sampling, data capture, and demobilization.
• Maintain P&IDs, SOPs, safety documentation, and data packages.
• Serve as lab and field safety lead. What we are looking for
• B.S. or M.S. in chemical or mechanical engineering with roughly 3 to 8 years of hands-on pilot-plant, skid, or process-development experience. You have built or commissioned equipment, not only designed it. Strong M.S. graduates with pilot or co-op experience will be considered.
• Equally comfortable at the lab bench and with tools in hand.
• Familiarity with PLC or DAQ-based process control.
• Willing to travel 30 to 50 percent during field campaigns and to work at industrial sites.
• Clear, disciplined documentation habits.

Nice to have:
