STS Technical Services is hiring IFR Pilots to serve as EC135 Captains in Palestine, Texas. This is an opportunity to join a life-saving aviation team supporting air medical transport operations with a strong focus on safety, precision and operational excellence. Qualified pilots will fly critical care missions under CAMTS guidelines while operating in SPIFR and NVG environments. This role includes a sign-on bonus up to $50,000, off-duty housing and a 7&7 schedule. Position Overview The IFR Pilot EC135 Captain will perform line pilot duties in accordance with the General Operations Manual while safely conducting day and night air medical missions. This role supports 24-hour operations with rotating day and night shifts and requires professionalism, sound judgment and a commitment to patient, crew and community safety. Drug screening and background check Interview and acceptance by management Annual flu vaccine is not required.
