Position Overview
Join a premier Helicopter Air Ambulance (HAA) operation and make a meaningful impact by providing life-saving air medical transportation. This position operates under CAMTS guidelines and requires a highly skilled IFR helicopter pilot who thrives in challenging environments and is committed to safety and operational excellence.

Operational Environment
24-hour operations with day/night rotations
Schedule:
7&7 rotation
Participation in community outreach programs
Support company safety initiatives and Safety Management System (SMS)
Perform line pilot duties in accordance with company procedures
Assist with loading and unloading patients and equipment as needed

Commercial Helicopter Rating
Instrument Helicopter Rating
FAA First Class Medical
Flight Experience Requirements
2,000 hours Total Time
1,500 hours Helicopter Time
1,000 hours PIC Helicopter Time
500 hours Turbine Helicopter Time
100 hours unaided night operations, OR
50 hours unaided night and
100 hours Night Vision Goggle (NVG) time
75 hours Instrument Time (Actual & Hood; simulator time does not apply)
Additional Requirements
Strong communication and customer service skills
Must successfully complete interview and acceptance process
Must pass pre-employment:
Drug screen
Background check
Physical examination
Functional capacity exam, including lifting up to 100 pounds to assist with patient and equipment loading/unloading
Must meet company weight restriction policy of 235 pounds or less
Must reside within, or be willing to relocate within, a 60-minute drive of the base unless utilizing off-duty housing
U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder
Service Commitments
If aircraft transition training is required: 1-year minimum service commitment
If relocation assistance is utilized: 2-year minimum service commitment
