Overview We are seeking energetic and dedicated Managers and Drivers to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse and delivery operations, ensuring timely loading, unloading, and delivery of goods Manage driver schedules, routes, and compliance with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations Drive various vehicle types including box trucks, vans, or personal vehicles for delivery purposes Load and unload cargo using manual handling techniques or material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks Ensure adherence to traffic laws, safe driving practices, and company policies during route driving Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients during deliveries Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, vehicle inspections, route documentation, and incident reports Skills Proven experience in warehouse operations and logistics management Commercial driving experience with a valid driver's license; familiarity with box trucks, vans, or courier vehicles preferred Experience operating manual transmission vehicles and material handling equipment like pallet jacks Knowledge of safe lifting practices, heavy lifting techniques, and manual handling procedures Strong understanding of DOT regulations, traffic laws, and weight handling in the workplace Ability to operate mobile devices for route navigation, delivery confirmation, or communication purposes Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and courteously This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in active environments that demand precision, safety awareness, and excellent communication.
