Student Transporter

JOB SUMMARY

We are currently seeking Student Transporters to join our team. As a contracted partner of Tucson Unified and Amphitheater School Districts, you will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school or daycare and their homes or care facilities. Each driver is typically assigned up to 6 Routes a day, which can typically have 1-3 students who are often siblings or neighbors. This is a daily schedule, Monday through Friday, for the entire duration of the 2026-2027 school year, unless otherwise notified.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely and punctually drive students to and from the respective pickup and drop off locations M-F for the duration of the school year. Summer routes are available on a first come first served basis.
• Interact in a polite and professional manner with students, staff, and parents.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and personal information in accordance with the confidentiality agreement.
• Adhere to professional business attire standards.

HIRING REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum age of 21
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Successful completion of a drug screening. This is paid out of pocket and will be reimbursed on your first paycheck
• Consent to and completion of a background check.

CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS

• Required license or certification: Valid AZ Driver's License.
• Current Fingerprint Clearance Card via AZDPS.
• Current or Ability to obtain First Aid Training (online). Resources are provided for your to obtain if you don't already have one.
• Current Ability to obtain CPR Training (online).

CONTRACTUAL DRIVING REQUIREMENTS

• GPS unit installed in vehicle and active while transporting students (purchased from company via paycheck deductions)
• Dual Facing Camera installed in vehicle and active while transporting students (purchased from company via paycheck deductions)
• Bi-Annual certified vehicle inspections performed by a licensed mechanic (Pep Boys, Brake Masters, Private licensed mechanic or business, etc)
