Job Description
Join a Team That Makes a Difference EA Family Services is seeking a Transporter / Visitation Monitor to support foster youth served through our Grass Valley office. EA Family Services is a nonprofit agency with locations throughout Northern California, dedicated to providing safe, nurturing homes for foster youth and supportive services for young adults transitioning out of foster care. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with youth and want to play a meaningful role in helping children and families stay connected while ensuring safe and reliable transportation. Position Responsibilities Transport foster youth to family visits, court appointments, school activities, medical appointments, and other approved destinations. Monitor visits between youth and family members when assigned. Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation of supervised visits and transportation activities. Ensure the safety, well-being, and confidentiality of youth at all times. Communicate professionally with agency staff, caregivers, families, and community partners. Qualifications Minimum of two years of driving experience . Clean driving record required. Ability to work a flexible schedule , as hours may vary. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds . Ability to walk up and down a flight of stairs . Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills. Experience working with children, youth, or families is preferred. Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Successful completion of DOJ, FBI, and CAIC background clearances . Ability to meet all agency employment requirements.
