What You'll Do As an ILS/SLS Instructor, you will support individuals in developing everyday skills and becoming more independent.

Responsibilities may include:

• Grocery shopping and errands
• Meal planning and preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Support with medical needs and appointments
• Community outings and activities
• Developing independent living skills
• Transportation within the community
• Supporting personal goals and daily routines
• Encouraging independence, confidence, and self-reliance Requirements
• Must be 18 years or older
• Experience is a plus, but not required
• Valid driver's license
• Current auto insurance
• Reliable personal vehicle
• TB clearance
• DOJ/background clearance
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain certification within one month of hire
• Must be dependable, responsible, patient, and self-motivated
• Must enjoy working with and supporting others
