Job Overview Haven Home Management is seeking a reliable house manager for a busy family of 5 in La Jolla, California. They will help keep their home running smoothly as well as support with daily logistics of their three children (boys ages 13, 12, and girl 5).

Schedule:

Monday and Wednesday 1-6 (10 hours), with opportunity for more hours during busy weeks. Occasional weekend help required.

Daily Tasks:

Reset the home daily: tidy main areas and toys, dishes, trash/recycling, sweeping/vacuuming, wipe counters and surfaces, organizing, general tidying Dishes and kitchen upkeep Laundry (wash, dry, fold, and put away) Transportation for children to and from after-school activities

Weekly Tasks:

Grocery shopping and errands Amazon returns and drop-offs as needed Dry cleaning pickup/drop-off Help keep the household running efficiently overall

On Occassion:

A couple of hours here and there entertaining the youngest child (independent and easygoing) Help some additional evenings and weekends when dad is working

What We're Looking For:

Comfortable and confident driving with children in the car Warm and easygoing with kids across a range of ages (pre-teen to young child) Highly organized and proactive, notices what needs to be done without being asked Trustworthy and respectful of family privacy Valid driver's license and clean driving record required Prior experience in household management, childcare, or a related role preferred

Compensation:

$25-$28

Reimbursed at $0.725/mile

Pay:

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
