Job Summary:

Crossland Colorado is looking for professional drivers to join our team. You'll provide safe, reliable, and high-quality transportation for our clients using company-owned SUVs. This is a 1099 contract position with flexible, per-ride scheduling. Hours and ride volume fluctuate with demand.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate company-owned SUVs to transport passengers to and from destinations including Denver International Airport, Colorado Springs Airport, Red Rocks, Ford Amphitheater, wedding venues, appointments, etc. Provide an exceptional passenger experience through professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness. Assist passengers with entering and exiting vehicles, and with loading and unloading luggage. Plan efficient routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs. Communicate with dispatch and manage ride assignments through the Driver Anywhere app. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and presentation, and report any maintenance or safety concerns Drive safely in varying weather and road conditions, including snow, ice, and limited visibility. Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

What We Offer:

Drivers earn up to $25 per hour including tips, with a 20% late-night / early-morning bonus on rides between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM and a 30% holiday bonus on holiday rides. Training is paid at the base rate; tips are not included during the training period. You'll drive company-owned SUVs. Company vehicles may not be used for any other transportation platform.

Requirements:

Must be at least 25 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States An impeccable driving record is non-negotiable: no speeding tickets, no at-fault accidents, and no insurance claims. CDL preferred but not required Must pass a background check, fingerprinting, and drug screening Ability to assist passengers with luggage weighing up to and sometimes exceeding 50 pounds Ability to sit for extended periods, work outdoors, and drive in varying weather and temperature conditions Prior experience in a customer service oriented role is a plus

The Driver We're Looking For:

This is the part that matters most to us. We can teach routes and procedures. We can't teach character. The right driver puts safe driving above everything else, every single time. They're genuinely personable, not performatively friendly. They read the room. They know when a passenger wants conversation and when they want a quiet ride. They keep it professional, especially when a passenger brings up sensitive topics. Schedule Ideal candidates have open availability throughout the week, with very early mornings and very late nights being our priority rides. Scheduling is variable and based on ride volume, so candidates should be comfortable with a flexible, on-demand structure.
