MEMBER EXPERIENCE & HOSPITALITY
Welcome members and help create a friendly, positive studio environment. Encourage members to use self check-in through theSWEAT DC
app or studio iPad. Learn members' names and help everyone feel seen, supported, and connected. Keep customer-facing areas clean, organized, stocked, and ready. Help create the hospitality and community experience that makes SWEAT H Street feel like home.CLASSROOM SUPPORT
Act as a classroom assistant to the coach during class. Help members get weights, equipment, wipes, or other items they may need during class. Assist with moving, switching, and organizing equipment throughout the workout. Help spot members when appropriate and within the Ambassador's training and comfort level. Help the coach keep the room organized and the class moving efficiently. Support members without taking over the coaching, programming, or instruction responsibilities of the coach.STUDIO RESET & OPERATIONS
Help reset equipment between classes. At the end of the final class, reset the studio and equipment so the room is completely ready for the next day. Help with towels, organization, cleaning, and basic studio upkeep. Flag low supplies, maintenance issues, broken equipment, or other studio needs to the appropriate SWEAT team member. Treat the studio like your own home: if something looks out of place, address it or communicate it.COMMUNITY & CONTENT
Capture authentic H Street moments, including member milestones, celebrations, class energy, and everyday studio life. Take photos and short videos that can be used on SWEAT social channels. Upload content to the designated SWEAT shared folder so it can be used for future posts and marketing. Help recognize and celebrate our members and strengthen the H Street community.LIVE OUR CORE VALUES

COMMITMENT & BENEFIT
Ambassadors commit to a consistent weekly schedule agreed upon with SWEAT leadership. In exchange for active participation in the Ambassador Program, Ambassadors receive a complimentary SWEAT membership for as long as they remain active and in good standing in the program.THE SWEAT AMBASSADOR STANDARD
Make the experience easier for the member and easier for the coach. You do not have to know how to solve every problem. What matters is that you notice what is happening, jump in where you can, and communicate when something needs additional attention. From helping someone grab heavier dumbbells, to getting a member a wipe, to celebrating a milestone, to resetting the room for tomorrow- the little things matter.
