Job Summary Professional Transportation Driver (1099 Contractor) Black Coach Transportation is looking for part-time, reliable, professional independent contractor drivers to provide safe and dependable transportation services throughout The Villages and surrounding areas. Drivers will use their own vehicle to transport clients to medical appointments, airports, train stations, and other scheduled destinations. Our clients include many elderly passengers, so we are looking for individuals who are punctual, courteous, patient, and committed to providing excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for drivers who enjoy helping people and want flexible contract work with weekly pay. Responsibilities Safely transport clients to and from scheduled destinations, including medical appointments, airports, train stations, and other requested trips.

Independent Contractor Responsibilities:

Use your own vehicle for transportation services. Maintain valid driver's license, insurance, and vehicle requirements. Manage your availability and accept trips that fit your schedule. Submit completed trips according to company procedures. Provide professional, courteous, and dependable service to all passengers. Assist elderly and mobility-challenged clients with a respectful and patient approach. Arrive on time for all scheduled pickups and communicate promptly regarding any delays or issues. Maintain a clean, safe, and reliable vehicle suitable for transporting passengers. Follow all traffic laws and practice safe driving habits at all times. Provide excellent customer service while representing Black Coach Transportation in a professional manner. Use company scheduling information to complete assigned trips accurately. Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of all clients.

Experience Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in passenger transportation, senior transportation, medical transportation, rideshare, taxi, limousine, or delivery services is preferred but not required. Experience working with elderly passengers, individuals with disabilities, or mobility needs is a plus. Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate professionally with clients and families. Safe driving experience with a clean driving record. Ability to follow schedules, directions, and trip details accurately.
