This role offers the flexibility to operate your own vehicle while providing reliable transportation services. Delivering package, you'll be an essential part of ensuring timely and safe journeys for clients. Bring your passion for driving and excellent communication skills to a role that values independence, professionalism, and safety. Duties Safely operate various passenger and cargo vehicles including passenger vans, shuttle buses, limousines, and personal vehicles for delivery or transportation services Navigate local routes efficiently using GPS navigation systems to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs Adhere strictly to traffic laws, state transportation regulations, and safety protocols during all driving activities Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients, assisting with boarding or luggage handling, and addressing any inquiries professionally Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met Maintain accurate logs of trips, deliveries, client interactions, and vehicle maintenance records Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver or shuttle driver with a strong understanding of local driving routes Familiarity with GPS navigation tools and route planning software for efficient navigation Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members Knowledge of traffic regulations at the local, state, and federal levels relevant to transportation operations Strong customer service orientation with a professional demeanor at all times Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge to identify issues early and ensure vehicle safety standards are maintained Experience in medical transportation or chauffeur driving is advantageous but not required This position offers the opportunity to work independently while making a meaningful impact through reliable transportation services.
