Company Description:

Performance Foodservice, PFG's broadline distributor, maintains a unique relationship with a variety of local customers, including independent restaurants and hotels, healthcare facilities, schools, and quick-service eateries. A team of sales reps, chefs, consultants and other experts builds close relationships with each customer, providing advice on improving operations, menu development, product selection and operational strategies. The Performance Foodservice team delivers delicious food, but also goes above and beyond to help independent restaurant owners achieve their dreams. The Driver Helper position will perform the following duties: Assists the driver in the safe and accurate delivery of the product to customers in a timely and efficient manner. Responds timely to management and others in regards to delivery information. Completes required paperwork in a timely manner. Requires accurate identification of product to ensure the correct product, in satisfactory condition, is located on the trailer/truck and unloaded at customer locations. Hours will vary based on route. May start as early as 2am. Most routes complete by 5pm.
