What You'll Do:

Support individuals on community outings, at home, or in group settings. Build positive connections and assist with daily activities and goals. Maintain clear notes and follow individualized care plans.

What We're Looking For:

Caring, reliable, and patient individuals. Experience in developmental disabilities or relevant coursework (preferred). Strong communication and sound judgment. Full training provided! Requirements:

Must clear all background checks and registry screenings required by Shore and the State of Illinois before any contact with a person served, and maintain clearance throughout. Valid driver;s license and current automobile insurance required to transport a person served. Shore must have both on file before any transportation occurs.
