As a Personal Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring punctual, comfortable, and secure travel experiences tailored to individual needs. Your expertise in driving various vehicle types and delivering outstanding customer service will make a significant impact on our clients' daily routines. Duties Safely operate a full size SUV to transport clients efficiently and comfortably. Plan routes ahead of time to optimize travel time and avoid delays, ensuring punctual arrivals at destinations. Maintain cleanliness and basic mechanical upkeep of vehicles to guarantee safety and presentation standards are met. Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with boarding, luggage handling, and addressing any special requests or needs during transit. Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies to ensure secure transportation at all times. Keep accurate records of trips, mileage logs, vehicle inspections, and maintenance schedules. Communicate effectively with clients to confirm schedules, provide updates, or address any concerns during trips. Skills Proven experience in commercial driving, shuttle driving, or delivery driver roles with a strong understanding of road safety regulations. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with diverse clients. Mechanical knowledge for basic vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Familiarity with full size SUV operations is highly desirable. Ability to plan efficient routes using GPS technology or maps while adapting to changing traffic conditions. Strong attention to detail in vehicle inspections, safety checks, and record keeping. Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type being operated; additional certifications such as CDL (Commercial Driver's License) are advantageous.
