This role you'll be operating your own vehicle while providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services. Whether you're experienced in shuttle driving, medical transportation, or personal vehicle delivery, this position empowers you to make a positive impact on clients' daily lives through efficient and courteous service. Responsibilities Safely operate passenger vehicles, including vans, limousines, shuttle buses, and other client-specific vehicles, adhering strictly to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Navigate local driving routes efficiently using GPS navigation systems to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, assisting with boarding and luggage handling, and addressing any special needs or requests. Conduct routine maintenance checks on your vehicle to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are maintained. Manage client communication professionally, confirming appointments and updating clients on estimated arrival times. Assist with heavy lifting tasks such as loading or unloading luggage or equipment when necessary. Follow all state transportation regulations and company policies related to passenger safety and vehicle operation. Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver or chauffeur, with knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns. Experience operating passenger vans, shuttle buses, limousine services, or medical transportation vehicles. Familiarity with GPS navigation tools for efficient route planning. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Ability to handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting or loading/unloading cargo safely. Knowledge of state transportation regulations and safety standards for passenger vehicles. Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional appearance and demeanor. Basic vehicle maintenance skills to perform routine checks and minor repairs when needed.
