Overview Flathead Fresh Detailing — Kalispell, MT Part-Time | $20/hr to start, scales with experience | 10-20 hrs/week Flathead Fresh Detailing is looking for a part-time crew member to join our mobile detailing team across the Flathead Valley. No experience necessary — we'll train you from scratch. What matters more than a resume is whether you show up on time, work hard. What you'll be doing: You'll be working alongside our team on-site at client locations — vehicles, boats, RVs — learning the full process from the ground up. This is hands-on outdoor work, on your feet, physical, and fast-paced. Every day looks a little different. Schedule:

Part-time, flexible based on job volume — expect 10-20 hours/week to start, with room to grow as we take on more work.

Pay:

Starting at $20/hour while training, with room to scale up as you gain experience and take on more responsibility.

Transportation:
