As a vital part of our team, you will navigate local routes using GPS navigation systems, ensuring timely arrivals and excellent customer experiences. Your role will involve driving various types of vehicles, including taxis, limousines, and paratransit vehicles, while maintaining high standards of vehicle cleanliness and safety. Responsibilities Safely operate different vehicle types such as taxis, limousines, or paratransit vehicles along designated local routes or on-demand trips. Use GPS navigation tools to determine optimal routes and ensure punctual pickups and drop-offs. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and addressing inquiries professionally. Adhere strictly to traffic regulations, safety standards, and company policies during all driving activities. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine vehicle maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance. Process cash transactions accurately for fare collection and issue receipts as needed. Manage night driving shifts confidently while maintaining alertness and safety at all times. Skills Proven experience in taxi driving, delivery driving, bus driving, or commercial transportation roles such as limousine or paratransit services. Strong knowledge of GPS navigation systems and local driving routes for efficient trip planning. Excellent driving skills with a clean record and familiarity with adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols. Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and ensure vehicle cleanliness is maintained at all times. Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Experience processing cash transactions accurately in fast-paced environments. Capable of night driving shifts with heightened attention to safety and road awareness.
