Anne Grady Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Activities Specialists . As an Activities Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals build meaningful lives through engaging activities and community participation. We are looking to fill 1 opening:

• ICF facility and Children's Home (Full-time)
• Flexibility is required for all positions based on scheduled activities(combination of 1st and 2nd shift hours), with availability for evenings and weekends as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Foster positive and professional communication with team members and other departments. Plan and ensure participation in meaningful community and home-based activities within budget. Complete documentation related to activities, programming, and personal care needs. Transport individuals using Anne Grady Services vehicles and assist with vehicle maintenance. Administer medications during community activities as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required. Experience working with individuals and children with developmental disabilities is preferred. Strong communication and motivational skills. Ability to make independent decisions and adapt to flexible schedules. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with transferring and repositioning individuals. Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and a clean driving record are required.

Pay:

From $17.50 per hour
